Partner: Marietta High School, Cobb-Douglas Public Health
Artist: Sanithna Phansavanh
City: Marietta, Georgia
Year: 2024
In 2024, Paint Love partnered with Marietta High School to create 2 20ft vinyl murals. The murals emphasize the Marietta motto “be somebody” and gave students the opportunity to mark-make before Atlanta Artist Sanithna Phansavanh refined the piece. Over 2000 students participated in painting the murals. The two-story murals are proudly displayed in the front atrium of the school.
Special thanks to Cobb-Douglas Public Health for funding this mural and the accompanying Arts & Mental Health Residency.
